More and more, digitally savvy Canadians are looking for alternatives to traditional, bricks and mortar banking. Enter motusbank. A new movement in banking – fully digital, completely mobile, super simple and incredibly convenient banking for on-the-go lives.

I played a key role in establishing a Creative department and crafting a creative intake process for motusbank, a new Canadian national bank. Our responsibilities included developing brand guidelines, member personas and a creative brief framework. We worked closely with our developers and UX teams to design the public website, digital lending, member onboarding, mobile app and online banking platforms, while also collaborating with vendors on member debit card and debit card collateral.

motusbank members can easily open any account online, using the onboarding platform. This platform has a consistent look and identical pattern library to other motusbank properties, for a seamless member experience.

motusbank member card. Why vertical? Because it simply makes sense – that’s how you actually use debit cards now. Each member card also features a metallic white pearl base and clear-coat top (to help prevent member numbers from rubbing prematurely).
